It's on again! Delfin are having another land release. This one though is by the lake, and at the high(est) end of the market. Come along on Saturday, and you can see what's being sold (lakeside views, pleasant environment, low crime area and high availability of coffee) as well as what's not (low property prices, large backyards.. this is debatable though, as there is over 189 hectares of open space, including lakes and waterways). Best suited for upwardly mobile executive couples, in fortune 500 companies who invested in Telstra but got out at $9 and now have a portfolio in American e'companies. It would also help if they are open source software developers (in their spare time) and had participated in the recent RedHat IPO. (500% growth in the first three days.) If they did have school aged children, then it would only be a very short walk to Endevour College.

From the balconies of the town-houses built on this land, the view will actually look like those in the brochures. In case you missed it, the blocks are just across from the boat-shed coffee shop. I'll post pricing details as soon as I find out..'

Update:(PS) The land is selling for over $200k ($200k is the cheapest apparently). They're the blocks are quite small though.. just right for a townhouse.
