I was able to have a brief chat with the people organising the Colonial Corporate Cup Run around the lake yesterday as they were packing up. 66 Teams were involved, which makes about 460 participants (approximately 7 people per team). There is still time to enter a team, and as the times that count are the best 5 out of 7, there is still the opportunity to win prises. You might need to go far a run this week just to be prepared though... If you want to run the course during the week, signposts have been put up to let you know where to go. The start is just before you get to the Boat Shed, and remember to turn left when you get to the bridge.
