Just across from were the weekend's sailing looks like it will be held, some more of those surveying pegs have sprung up. Looks like Delfin is going to release another section on the Peninsula. I'm not game to look at the prices for these.. they're prime real estate given that they will be the closest blocks the the Cafe.

I might be tempted to buy another block if they threw in a lifetime supply of cappuccinos.
