On Friday (19 March) the Premier of South Australia, John Olson launched Delfin's Mawson Lakes development and the plan for the new town centre. There were gondalas and sailboats on the lake and hats and showbags for the guests. A ribbon was cut and some speeches were made. The model of the town centre is currently on display in the sales office. Apparently there was some fish put into the lake as well, and everyone got to ride in a golf buggy.

Update: PS: Endeavour College was represented by their Choir which sang four songs.
