[edit] Police Report

The following was received this from MawsonPolice a while back and I now finally got around to putting it up:

We had a relatively quiet week here at Mawson Lakes and the levels between the period of 20.08.99 - 27.08.99.

The only incident of any significance was a reported break and enter at the University of South Australia premises. Offenders gained entry to the building though the roof and stole a laptop computer valued at $5000. Another interesting matter was that a cash register was found in the lake!! This was seen to be thrown in my Paul Bailey form Corporal security. It is believed that the car was stolen and the register came from a break and enter outside this area.

Good to see things are quiet in the area and we hope they remain the way. I will remind you all to be vigilant in the car parks and keep an eye out for each others cars.

I have had the opportunity of catching up with many of you since I have started here at Mawson Lakes and hope to speak with more of you as the week goes on.

If any of you are over at the Project office at Innovation house, feel free to drop in and say hello.
